First we employ and train our own technicians that are certified in the most current techniques of carpet and upholstery cleaning.  Pace Pro Carpet Cleaners technicians are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. To qualify for IICRC-Certification, a business must demonstrate proof of insurance, maintain a written customer complaint policy with documented follow-up and provide ongoing education and training leading to certification for all technicians.
