- A minimum service call fee will apply to return visits
- Includes basic cleaning of open areas not covered by furniture
- Does not include application of deodorizer or protection
- Does not cover flood extraction, upholstery, dyeing, dye removal or area rug cleaning
- Is nontransferable
- Does not apply to commercial or rental property
- Pace Pro Carpet Cleaners is unable to provide warranty service on jobs that require a portable unit
